I’m Troy Hoover—an experienced emergency and trauma nurse turned legal nurse consultant, and the founder of RNIntel Consulting.

After more than a decade on the front lines of emergency departments and trauma centers across the country, I’ve developed a sharp eye for making fast, accurate clinical decisions and documentation. I’ve worked in everything from high-volume urban ERs to regional trauma centers, serving as a charge nurse, educator, and leader under intense pressure. That same calm focus and critical thinking now fuel the work I do with legal teams.
